1. The main circuit adopts three-phase three-wire input without requirement for phase sequence.
2. Applicable load: Constant impedance, IR far-infrared Ray, UV lamp, etc.
3. When loading Y connection, the center point cannot be connected with zero line, otherwise, the SCR will lose control. if three-phase load is unbalanced, the center point must be connected with the zero line, our product of three-phase four-wire system can be chosen.
4. SCR is wall-mounted, and vertical installation for optimum heat dissipation.
5. SCR is a product with big current, Please be sure to lock the terminal (R.S.T) and (U.V.W) tightly or SCR will be burned by terminal heating.
6.There is a fast fuse built in SCR for over current and short-circuit protection. When the fuse is blown off(the yellow light is on), first check whether the load has short circuit, partial discharge ignition and other faults. After troubleshooting, open the panel to replace, please be sure to use the same size fuse to replace. Be careful not to increase the amp number of the fuse arbitrarily.
7.When the temperature of radiator over 85ºC,SCR will stop working automatically, please check whether the actual load current is out of the range of SCR. The environment of SCR should be improved to make it well ventilated. Power on and operating after troubleshooting.
8.When the load is not used, disconnect the control signal to make the SCR output zero, and then cut off the power supply of the main circuit.
9.Operating environment: Please use in well-ventilated environment free from direct sunlight , thermal radiation, corrosivity or flammability.
