This machine is a digital phase-shifting technology with single-chip microcomputer as the core.The phase-shifting trigger pulse is precisely controlled to continuously change the AC voltage of thyristor output.

1.Maximum phase-shifting trigger conduction angle: no less than 170 .
2.When the power supply 220VAC and thyristor conduction angle are the maximum,the maximum output power is 650w(resistance value of resistive load is 75Ω).

1.Upper terminal of the meter L,N:power input of the meter,L connect with phase line(commonly known as the fire line),N connect with zero line(commonly known as the ground line); OUT:voltage output of the meter,is phase voltage,FP is external full power output terminal.
2.External part: LOAD:user resistance heating equipment,FU:safety device,L is the phase line(commonly known as the fire line),N connect with zero line(commonly known as the ground line).

Note:1.The three terminals "-" "+" "FP" on voltage regulator ZKG-52 are connected to the parent table LTC-482 in parallel.
2.FP access with full power output function,controlled by LTC-482 internal time relay.
3.If FP does not connect,it will not affect the use of other functions.

1.Connect the power supply,output and load lines according to the wiring diagram.
2.Do not touch the exposed metal parts behind the instrument to prevent electric shock after the instrument is energized.
3.The resistance value of external resistance load is not less than 75Ω.
Digital tube of instrument display [PV] 3 bits,indicating AC voltage value of SCR output;[SV] 3 bits represent the set output AC voltage value.There are three working states as follows:
1.Stop working state:no output voltage,[PV] display "OF" and no display in [SV].
2.Stable voltage working state:output the set voltage,[SV] display set voltage,[PV] display output voltage(change with the set voltage).
3.External full power output state:the maximum output voltage(no stable voltage),[SV] maintain the original set value,[PV] display "PH",indicating the current full power output state( "full power" means that the thyristor phase-shifting trigger is at the maximum conduction angle).
1.Set the stop working state:if it is in the non-stop working state,press "P" key [PV] to display "OF" [SV] without display,indicating that there is no output voltage when it stops working.Press "P" key to enter the stable voltage working state or the external full power working( the external switch is switched on).
2.Set stable voltage working voltage:press "^"(up key) or ""(down key) to change the setting value of [SV] display when the voltage is regulated.If [SV] is changed to 100,then [PV] follows to change to 100,indicating the stable voltage working state,and then output AC voltage is 100V.
Note:the current grid voltage is lower than 220V,if [SV] is set to 220V,then [PV] flicker indicates that the output voltage cannot reach 220V(non-instrument fault).
