Introduction
XMT Series Intelligent Temperature Controller adopts SCM for core which Micro anti-interference, large-capacity and advanced PID self-tuning method, and advance SMT technic, and the red/green double rows display measurement-value and setting-value at the same time.use advance components with software,
multiple digital filter technology,stable performance, higher measurement accuracy and strong
anti-interference. Various kinds of parameters can be set in the panel, it can realize various classic or modern controlling technology like two digis, three digits, intelligent PID, and parameter auto-optimization& auto-adjusting according to different require, and is mainly uses in self-control system like machines,chemical,ceramic,light industry,metallurgy petrifaction, petrochemical and heat treatment.
Notice
--Thermal resistance or thermocouple input and measuring range both can be set freely.
--Software adjust zero and full scale, temperature measuring of cold-end alone, amplifier constant-zero, display accuracy is better than 0.2%FS.
--The method of fuzzy theory combine with the traditional PID makes the temperature be controlled quickly and smoothly.
--The method of advanced PID parameter self-tuning saves a third time as compared with ordinary instrument.
--The output signal is optional: relay output, DC12V driver solid state relay, 4-20mA current
--Alarm output: two circuit user-defined alarm output.

Temperature controller types when divided by main control output function: relay output, logic electric level output, phase-shift impulse output, zero-crossing impulse output, current output(0-20mA, 4-20mA_, controlled silicon output, etc.
Temperature controller types when divided by input signal: thermocouple input(K, J, E, S, N, T, B, R, WRe), thermal resistance input (Cu50, Pt100), linear voltage signal input(0-5V,1-5V), linear current signal input(0-10mA,0-20mA 4-20mA, outward shunt resistance is required).

Alarm Output Explanation:
uUpper limit bias alarm: e.g, with setting value of 150°C, if the alarm value is 2°C, alarm return difference is 1°C, then the alarm starts output when the temperature rises to (150+2)°C, and it stops output when the temperature returns to(150+2-1)°C
uLower limit bias alarm: e.g, with setting value of 150°C, if the alarm value is 2°C, alarm return difference is 1°C, then the alarm starts output when the temperature returns to (150-2)°C, and it stops output when the temperature rises to (150-2+1)°C.
uUpper limit absolute value alarm: e.g, with setting value of 150°C, if the alarm value is 152°C, alarm return difference is 1°C, then the alarm starts output when the temperature rises to (150+2)°C, and it stops output when the temperature returns to (150+2-1)°C.
uLower limit absolute value alarm: e.g, with setting value of 150°C, if the alarm value is 100°C, alarm return difference is 1°C, then the alarm starts output when the temperature returns to 100°C, and it stops output when the temperature rises to (100+1)°C.
The user could select proper model according to applied place and requirement, such as temperature control range, input signal, drive required module, installing size and method, etc.
