Wiring Diagram

1. Terminals: L,N are the input terminals of the operating power supply of the machine. L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).G,T1:the output of the machine triggers pulse signals.T1 is also the input signal of load voltage feedback.

2. External parts: LOAD-load(heating equipment). FU-fuse. T2,T1,G-connect two-way silicon controlled electrode, G-controlled electrode,T2 and T1 are the main electrodes. L,N-outside power supply incoming line, L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire)

Warning

1. Put the Output terminals G,T1 into the power terminals L,N and the LOAD. The working power must be in common phase(means the same) with the load power, or the voltage regulator will be damaged.
2. The withstand voltage of SCR must be more than 2.5 times of the supply voltage(e. g: Using voltage of 220V,the withstand voltage of SCR must be no less than AC600V.),and the rated current of SCR must be more than 1.5 times of the actual operating current. SCR should be equipped with a large enough radiator, and pay attention to the ventilation and heat dissipation, in order to ensure the SCR temperature does not exceed 70ºC in any case.
3. Fuse FU must be connected to the input end of phase line and shall not be connected to other positions.
4. The thyristor radiator shall be fully considered to avoid electric shock and short circuit between electrodes of the thyristor. should be fully protected against electric shock and short circuit with each thyristor electrode when equipped.
5. If the ammeter is plugged in, it must be connected with the trigger(G,T1) signal line of the thyristor, it should adopt double stranded wire or double core shielded insulated wire, and separate the wire from other wires. The length shall be as short as possible to prevent the thyristor from losing control due to external interference. If the current meter is connected, it must be connected in series with the T2 terminal of the thyristor. Do not let the trigger signal pass through the ammeter.
6. When the machine is at the trigger(G,T1)signal line of SCR, it shall adopt double stranded wire or double core shielded insulated wire, and separate the wire from other wires. The length shall be as short as possible to prevent the thyristor from losing control due to external interference.
7. Suitable load: constant resistance type heating wire, IR infrared ray and UV lamp.

Operation

1. Adjust the addend key "∧"or subtracted key "∨"on the panel, "SV" displays setting voltage value, "PV" shows the voltage on the load, press the "P" key to suspend load current .
2. The regulator uses negative voltage feedback, and half-wave power supply is strictly prohibited to the load, so that the direct current on the load may not burn the transformer inside the machine, and the single side conduction of SCR shall be prevented in normal use. It is strictly forbidden to supply half-wave power to the load, so as to prevent the DC power on the load from burning the instrument, and also to prevent the single-sided conduction of the thyristor in normal use
3. Do not drive inductive loads such as induction furnace and step-down transformer to prevent damage to thyristor.
4. If the SCR can't fully conduct or output voltage serious jittering, it is caused by triggered connection inversion, exchange the connection would be fine.
5. "Safety first" do not touch the exposed metal part of the machine to avoid electrical accident. If the machine is not normal, do not open it randomly, it must be handled by professionals
