Wiring Diagram

1. Terminals: L,N are the input terminals of the operating power supply of the machine. L is the phase line(commonly known as fire line).N is the zero line(commonly known as the ground line).G,T1:the output of the machine triggers pulse signals.T1 is also the input signal of load voltage feedback. L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).Out: meter voltage output, phase voltage.
2. External parts: LOAD-load(heating equipment). FU-fuse. T2,T1,G-connect two-way silicon controlled electrode, G-controlled electrode,T2 and T1 are the main electrodes. L,N-outside power supply incoming line, L is phase line(commonly known as fire line) and N is the zero line(commonly known as ground line).L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).

Warning

1. Linking the output, power supply and load wires proper according to the diagram.
2. Do not touch the exposed metal part behind the meter to avoid electric shock after the meter is energized.
3. External resistance load, Resistance value is not less than 75Ω.

Function
If the [PV] shows 3 number on panel digital tube, it means the AC output voltage value from SCR,[SV]shows 3 number means the AC output voltage value set, there are two working states.

1. Stop working state: no output voltage,[PV] displays "P",[SV] no display displays nothing.
2. Stable working state: Output the setting voltage,[SV]displays setting voltage,[PV] displays output voltage(change follow the set voltage).

Operation

1. Setting stop working state: Press key "P" into non stop working state, then [PV] displays "P" and [SV]displays nothing means stop working and no voltage output. Press the "P" again the machine will be in stable working state.
2. Setting stable working voltage: Press "∧"(rising key) or "∨"(decreasing key) in stable state could change the setting value displayed on [SV].Setting [SV] into 100,if the [PV] follows to change into 100 that means they are in stable working state and 100 AV voltage was output the voltage output is 100AV. Note:[PV] flickers means the voltage can't reach 220V if current grid voltage was below 220V and [SV] was set 220V(not instrument fault).
3. "Safety comes first", After electrifying, do not touch the exposed part on circuit in case of electric shock accident. If the machine is not normal, do not open it randomly, it must be handled by professionals
